Since 2017, Benwu studio has relocated near the bund. It is a mile-long stretch of waterfront promenade along the Huangpu River. Our inspiration is from the elegant neighborhood. The sofa is a radical trial of freeform design that is integrated with 3d fabric produced by dutch company Febrik which allows the sofa to stretch 3 dimensionally.
